The Fire
Tableside charcoal grilling — the ritual at the heart of Korean barbecue — elevated with prime and A5 wagyu cuts and the guidance of a dedicated grill master at every table.
Coming to Lake Nona · Sunbridge, Florida · 2027
An upscale Korean steakhouse honoring the depth of Korean culinary tradition — brought to life through prime American beef, tableside fire, and the art of the meal.
The Story
Seoul & Steel is built on a belief: that Korean banchan, ganjang gejang, and the ceremony of the galbi grill deserve the same reverence as a great American steakhouse — and that bringing them together creates something entirely new.
We source prime and wagyu beef, dry-age in-house, and honor each cut with marinades drawn from generations of Korean culinary craft. The dining room is designed around the table itself — the fire, the sharing, the conversation.
"Not fusion. A conversation."
Tableside charcoal grilling — the ritual at the heart of Korean barbecue — elevated with prime and A5 wagyu cuts and the guidance of a dedicated grill master at every table.
House-made banchan prepared daily. A rotating selection of kimchi, namul, jeon, and ganjang gejang — small dishes with enormous depth, honoring the Korean tradition of abundance at the table.
A curated program built around Korean soju, makgeolli, and craft Korean spirits alongside a focused wine list selected to stand up to the richness of prime beef and the brightness of fermented flavors.
3,800 square feet designed around the moment of arrival. Low lighting, natural stone, and the architecture of a great conversation — a dining room that disappears so the food and the people can take center stage.
